Your tasks - diverse and future-oriented:

  • Supervision of Facility Management in its entirety for the new factory of our long standing client in the automotive branch
  • Planning, management, control and coordination of personnel deployment
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Intensive communication with clients, colleagues and employees
  • Main point of contact for employees, external service providers, clients and colleagues regarding all workplace related inquiries
  • Controll and coordination of all agreed services for quality assurance as well as cost compliance and meeting of deadlines

You complement our team with your profile:

  • State-certified technician or master craftsman (or comparable qualification) with a strong commercial understanding
  • Professional experience (min. 3 years) and good references in leadership of similar projects
  • Leadership experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Reliable, accurate and detail-oriented with a proactive Can-Do attitude
  • Well-groomed appearance and smart attire, professional body language at all times
  • Extraordinary skills regarding organizing and motivating employees
  • Ability to make decisions on the spot and set priorities for themselves and others
  • Confident in solving conflict situations with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability in multitasking and time-management
